Validate and manage survey research databases; design sampling and apply statistical methods to analyze ridership, revenue, and operational performance; forecast trends; prepare reports and presentations for leadership and federal reporting; oversee contract performance support staff and support performance measurement and process improvement initiatives.

Lead and manage the full project lifecycle for major IT initiatives, overseeing budgets, teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Coach and mentor other project managers, perform testing and process improvement, deliver status reporting, and ensure timely, on-budget delivery of technology solutions supporting enterprise transportation initiatives.

Provides senior-level administrative support to Executive Officers and Board Members. Manages agendas, documentation control, meeting and event planning, budget tracking, and cross-support of administrative staff. Uses independent judgment to handle confidential, time-sensitive matters, enforces deadlines, and coordinates with AGMs, Directors, and department administrators to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
