Operates the parking command center, responds to customer calls and intercom requests, troubleshoots parking payment equipment and automated systems, monitors CCTV and facility status, records equipment issues, and escalates incidents or safety concerns. Provides guidance on parking procedures, supports customers remotely and onsite, communicates with supervisors and administrators, and may perform Transit Ambassador duties. This is a 24/7 role requiring weekend, holiday, night, special-event, and on-call availability.

Provides legal representation for the Authority and its employees in mediation, arbitration, hearings, trials, agency proceedings, and state and federal litigation. Handles employment, workers’ compensation, civil rights, and other claims; prepares pleadings and legal documents; conducts investigations; advises stakeholders; researches and drafts legal opinions; negotiates settlements; and supervises paralegals, interns, and externs.

Supervise telephony technicians maintaining and repairing the Authority's telecommunication systems, including voice, PA, SONET, fiber, and large switch technologies. Assign and inspect work, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure compliance with codes and reliability standards, coordinate with other maintenance units, manage performance and hiring recommendations, and support budget and training programs.
