Oversees day-to-day management of MARTA's social media platforms, responds to customer posts, develops content and metrics, documents issues in CRM, and implements strategies to improve engagement and communications. Provides supervisory support, establishes SOPs, generates reports, and represents Customer Services at meetings. Must work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Supervise telephony technicians maintaining and repairing the Authority's telecommunication systems, including voice, PA, SONET, fiber, and large switch technologies. Assign and inspect work, troubleshoot complex issues, ensure compliance with codes and reliability standards, coordinate with other maintenance units, manage performance and hiring recommendations, and support budget and training programs.

Manage design, delivery, evaluation and recordkeeping for leadership and professional development programs. Consult with stakeholders, integrate instructional technologies, assign instructors, maintain training records and reports, manage resources, and ensure training aligns with strategic business needs.

Supervise administration, certification, issuance, reconciliation, and database maintenance for Reduced Fare and Mobility Breeze cards. Serve as primary contact for FTA reviews, manage community outreach and Lost & Found program, implement program policies and procedures, supervise staff, and ensure CRM/POS systems integrity and card deactivation processes.
