Own financial control for complex defense system integration projects, including budgets, forecasts, EACs, ETCs, margin analysis, cash-flow forecasting, revenue recognition, month-end close, and variance reporting. Partner with project leadership to improve performance, working capital, cash collection, risk management, and financial governance. Build financial models and scenarios, support audits, and evaluate contractual and commercial financial topics.

Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on deployable vehicles supporting MARSS NiDAR CUAS systems across the Gulf region. Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical faults, monitor vehicle performance, implement repairs and modifications, provide on-site and remote technical support, maintain documentation and inventories, and deliver on-the-job training. The role includes emergency on-call support, frequent site visits, incident response, and deployment for major incidents or projects.

Design and build an in-house, self-managed data platform and complex pipelines for structured, image, video, sensor, and time-series data. Responsibilities include offline-first ingestion, resumable transfers, reconciliation, data modeling, storage planning, orchestration, validation, quality monitoring, traceability, and ML data preparation. The role requires robust Python and SQL development, Linux administration, architecture ownership, and collaboration with machine learning, DevOps, and software engineering teams.

Build and operate self-hosted, offline-capable infrastructure for data pipelines and machine learning environments. Responsibilities include Linux server and VM administration, Docker containerization, ML lifecycle platform management, dataset and artifact versioning, orchestration, CI/CD automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, and resource optimization. The role integrates data pipelines with training and inference systems while supporting large heterogeneous datasets and documenting platform operations.

Own and lead full-stack product development: maintain and extend codebase, make architectural and tooling decisions, build the software team, interface web UIs with hardware (radar, sonar, thermal, SDR), and deliver mission-critical maritime safety and security solutions.

Lead MARSS procurement and supply chain activities with emphasis on strategic vendors: vendor qualification, procurement strategy, PO placement, manufacturing follow-up, supplier performance reviews, logistics oversight, and developing the supply chain organization. Manage and mentor the team, align vendor contracts with prime contract terms, conduct market intelligence and sourcing, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support project schedules and deliveries.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for mission-critical surveillance and maritime software. Validate APIs, integrations, GUIs, and hardware interfaces; report and track defects; support releases, CI/CD, and QA process improvements.

Design and implement backend applications, modernize system architecture, mentor junior engineers, collaborate cross-functionally, estimate delivery timelines, and develop robust mission-critical software interfacing with diverse hardware in constrained environments.
