Design and build an in-house, self-managed data platform and complex pipelines for structured, image, video, sensor, and time-series data. Responsibilities include offline-first ingestion, resumable transfers, reconciliation, data modeling, storage planning, orchestration, validation, quality monitoring, traceability, and ML data preparation. The role requires robust Python and SQL development, Linux administration, architecture ownership, and collaboration with machine learning, DevOps, and software engineering teams.

Maintains corporate IT infrastructure and security systems, including networks, servers, cloud environments, endpoints, firewalls, EDR, IAM, backups, and MDM. Manages patching, vulnerabilities, compliance documentation, technology deployments, incident triage, outage response, root-cause analysis, user onboarding and offboarding, technical support, and security awareness training. Requires 2–3 years of IT or security administration experience and familiarity with Windows, Linux, cloud platforms, networking, and security tools.

Lead development of a NiDAR simulator using Unreal Engine 5, creating geo-referenced environments, physics-driven vehicles and vessels, weapon effects, sensor simulations, and video streaming. Integrate the simulator with backend and command-and-control systems, optimize performance, track Unreal releases, estimate work, manage risks, and mentor engineers. The role supports mission-critical safety and security applications across Windows, Linux, and macOS environments.
