Own and lead full-stack product development: maintain and extend codebase, make architectural and tooling decisions, build the software team, interface web UIs with hardware (radar, sonar, thermal, SDR), and deliver mission-critical maritime safety and security solutions.

Lead MARSS procurement and supply chain activities with emphasis on strategic vendors: vendor qualification, procurement strategy, PO placement, manufacturing follow-up, supplier performance reviews, logistics oversight, and developing the supply chain organization. Manage and mentor the team, align vendor contracts with prime contract terms, conduct market intelligence and sourcing, and coordinate with internal stakeholders to support project schedules and deliveries.

Design, develop, and execute manual and automated tests for mission-critical surveillance and maritime software. Validate APIs, integrations, GUIs, and hardware interfaces; report and track defects; support releases, CI/CD, and QA process improvements.
