Lead architecture and end-to-end delivery of scalable SaaS features across .NET, MongoDB, React, and AWS. Own backend systems, APIs, infrastructure, observability, reliability, and technical strategy while mentoring engineers and supporting complex customer issues.

Own inbound and outbound sales across APAC, qualifying retail leads, building pipeline, running product demos, uncovering customer needs, maintaining CRM records, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role requires SaaS sales experience, strong presentation and communication skills, technology curiosity, and a collaborative team approach. It is remote, ideally based in Wellington.

Lead Marsello’s brand, market positioning, loyalty marketing product direction, and lead generation. Build and manage a six-person Product and Marketing team, define a new loyalty product for SMBs, shape company-wide loyalty strategy, and represent the business externally. The role requires experience in loyalty programs, brand or proposition ownership, product development from concept to market, people leadership, and commercial growth strategy. Wellington-based collaboration is preferred, with remote flexibility.

Lead end-to-end delivery and technical direction for major platform areas. Design and implement features on a .NET, MongoDB, React/TypeScript and AWS stack. Use and validate AI coding agents, improve AI-assisted workflows, mentor engineers, participate in support rotation, and drive infrastructure and observability improvements.
