Manage a portfolio of retail and hospitality SaaS customers, drive product adoption, reduce churn, provide consultative advice, run trainings and calls, capture feedback for Product, and champion customers internally.

Lead architecture, platform, and AI-enabled engineering practices across Marsello's SaaS platform. Set technical direction, lead cross-system initiatives, own AWS/Terraform environments, define AI agent workflows, mentor engineers, partner with product and leadership, and respond to major incidents while participating in support rotation.

Lead end-to-end delivery and technical direction for major platform areas. Design and implement features on a .NET, MongoDB, React/TypeScript and AWS stack. Use and validate AI coding agents, improve AI-assisted workflows, mentor engineers, participate in support rotation, and drive infrastructure and observability improvements.
