The Assistant General Counsel, Corporate, will oversee SEC reporting, corporate governance, board support, insider trading compliance, and legal support for corporate transactions. Lead Marqeta's global total rewards strategy, overseeing compensation, variable pay, equity, and benefits programs. Lead and scale the Credit onboarding engineering team to build, operate, and modernize a resilient, secure, cloud-native credit platform. Drive AI-first automation, partner with cross-functional stakeholders, improve engineering standards and execution, lead architecture decisions, mentor senior engineers, recruit talent, and deliver highly available systems at scale.

Support a global strategic account by building relationships, uncovering revenue opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, delivering exceptional client service, using data to shape account strategy, and driving continuous process and product improvements.

Lead design and development of cross-platform web and mobile UI tooling and React Native SDKs. Architect reusable components, optimize mobile performance, integrate REST/GraphQL backends, implement CI/CD and testing, mentor engineers, and collaborate with product and design to deliver high-quality cardholder experiences.

Lead Marqeta's marketing analytics function to define B2B attribution, build analytical infrastructure and forecasting, partner with RevOps/Finance, and manage a team delivering executive reporting, experiment design, and AI-driven insights to link marketing investments to pipeline and revenue outcomes.

Lead and grow a team of enterprise AEs and AMs targeting F1000 customers in payments. Develop and execute strategic sales plans, build executive relationships, drive new logo bookings and in-year expansion, manage forecasts and pipeline, and align cross-functionally to deliver complex, multi-product platform solutions.
