Leads Walmart category analytics for 30,000+ SKUs using Scintilla data. Develops performance reporting, dashboards, KPI frameworks, category and competitive analyses, and strategic recommendations covering pricing, assortment, share, productivity, and consumer trends. Manages data governance and item content, serves as the Scintilla subject matter expert, trains partners, and influences cross-functional business decisions through data storytelling.

Supports laboratory testing, evaluation, validation, stability studies, packaging compatibility, production trials, and root-cause investigations for cosmetic and personal care products. Evaluates raw materials, finished goods, and production batches against specifications; analyzes results; prepares technical reports; maintains equipment and laboratory records; and ensures compliance with GLP and Mexican cosmetic regulations, including COFEPRIS. Collaborates with R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Production, and external laboratories.

Lead end-to-end product marketing for cosmetics: ideation, formulation, packaging, pricing, launches, cross-functional briefing, budget and COGS management, post-launch analysis, and team development. Ensure brand alignment, global compliance, and on-time delivery while traveling to vendors and factories as needed.
