Own customer forecasting for major retail partners, translating external forecasts and replenishment data into actionable inputs for Demand Planning. Manage high-SKU assortments, lead retailer meetings, monitor inventory and service metrics, build scenario analyses, maintain analytics and dashboards, and drive CPFR/process improvements while aligning Sales, Demand Planning, and Operations.

Lead end-to-end product marketing for cosmetics: ideation, formulation, packaging, pricing, launches, cross-functional briefing, budget and COGS management, post-launch analysis, and team development. Ensure brand alignment, global compliance, and on-time delivery while traveling to vendors and factories as needed.
