Coordinates governance meetings, cross-divisional initiatives, executive briefings, reporting, documentation, scheduling, onboarding, and organizational communications for an Intelligence Community customer. Maintains SharePoint sites, tracks action items, supports senior government leadership, and improves administrative and project coordination workflows across multiple divisions.

Supports Intelligence Community cyber network operations through mission planning, cyber target development, technical assessments, operational briefings, and risk analysis. Collaborates with cyber operators, intelligence analysts, and technical teams to evaluate network environments, develop target packages, execute mission objectives, and document lessons learned. Requires active TS/SCI clearance with full-scope polygraph, technical education, and at least five years of cyber operations SME experience.

Designs, secures, integrates, and optimizes AWS cloud infrastructure and enterprise systems in classified environments. Responsibilities include cloud administration, security controls, risk assessment, technical studies, systems integration, testing, documentation, automation, and performance monitoring. Develops software components using Python, Java, and TypeScript while collaborating with engineering teams under Agile frameworks. Supports mission-critical Intelligence Community operations and translates mission requirements into secure, scalable technical solutions.
