Senior Business Analyst translating business objectives into requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, business cases, and actionable plans for engineering. The role leads discovery, facilitates Agile ceremonies, manages backlogs and tickets in Azure DevOps or Jira, maintains Confluence documentation, incorporates customer feedback, and coordinates stakeholders across product, engineering, and delivery teams. This fully onsite Denver position requires strong Agile, SDLC, facilitation, communication, and business analysis experience.

Owns high-volume, multi-entity invoicing and revenue accounting across several companies. Responsibilities include applying ASC 606, evaluating pass-through costs, reviewing contracts, reconciling revenue and accounts receivable, supporting month-end close, forecasting, and preparing audit documentation. The role also redesigns billing workflows, strengthens controls, documents procedures, resolves ERP and Great Plains issues, and coaches accounting team members. It requires independent ownership, strong communication, and extensive revenue accounting experience.

Own and lead quality engineering across the software delivery lifecycle. Design and maintain manual and automated testing strategies, including functional, regression, integration, UI, API, and CI/CD testing. Collaborate with development and product teams on acceptance criteria, identify and track defects, establish QA standards, and mentor junior QA engineers. Help modernize testing and development tooling while improving release quality and speed.
