Prepare polished presentations, adapt designs to buyer needs, maintain organized technical and artwork libraries, track seasonal children’s fashion trends, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced wholesale environment. The role collaborates with design and sales teams and requires strong Photoshop skills, attention to detail, and English communication proficiency.

Supports logistics and traffic operations by maintaining shipment, order, and receiving data; preparing operational reports; coordinating with warehouses and carriers; tracking invoices and orders; identifying discrepancies and delays; and escalating issues. The role also supports process improvements and data accuracy across internal systems. Strong organization, communication, problem-solving, bilingual French-English skills, and comfort with Excel and operational technology are required.
