Duties include meeting support, scheduling, announcements, spreadsheets, office operations, inventory management, vendor and contractor correspondence, uniforms coordination, recordkeeping, invoice processing, agency reports, and preparation of project materials. Requires bilingual English and Spanish communication, strong organization, customer service skills, three to five years of administrative experience, a high school diploma, and advanced Excel skills.
