Conduct internal audits by examining transactions, records, controls, and procedures; prepare workpapers and audit reports; identify operational improvements; communicate findings to management; monitor remediation plans; maintain regulatory and professional knowledge; and support departmental initiatives.

Supports full-stack application development and maintenance using JavaScript, HTML, CSS3, VB.NET, C#, Web API, and MS SQL. Participates in functional, regression, and user acceptance testing; creates technical documentation, user manuals, and test plans; troubleshoots issues with developers and stakeholders; and contributes to system design discussions focused on usability, scalability, and performance.

Conducts discreet hotel quality evaluations, analyzes performance data, identifies root causes and trends, and develops reports and dashboards. Partners with training teams and department leaders to establish benchmarks, create improvement plans, track progress, and communicate findings. Performs administrative reporting, leads daily briefings, supports continuous improvement initiatives, and upholds luxury hospitality standards. Requires weekend and public holiday availability.
