Manages a portfolio of HOA and commercial landscape accounts, including monthly site visits, client meetings, irrigation and plant health monitoring, work orders, proposals, quality inspections, and enhancement sales. The role develops new maintenance business, coordinates crews and equipment with supervisors, reviews timecards, handles billing and paperwork, and maintains client relationships. Requires commercial or HOA account management experience, landscape knowledge, physical mobility, and the ability to drive a company vehicle with an occasional trailer.
