The Electrical & Instrumentation Designer will configure projects using AutoCAD Electrical, develop best practices, and support drafting activities from conceptual to detailed design.

Develop, maintain, and analyze integrated project schedules for engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. Monitor progress, perform critical path and risk analysis, support planning workshops, prepare performance reports and KPIs, and recommend mitigation to keep projects on schedule and aligned with company procedures and industry best practices.

Lead and enforce site safety, health, and security for a 24/7 open-pit mine. Ensure MSHA/OSHA compliance, conduct training, manage incident investigations and reporting, liaise with regulators, support Workers Comp and drug/alcohol policy enforcement, and collaborate with managers to drive continuous safety improvements.

Execute month-end close; prepare journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations; maintain multi-entity general ledgers; support financial statement preparation, audits, tax filings, and FP&A collaboration; improve accounting processes and internal controls.
