Lead chemical process development and scale-up from laboratory through pilot and production environments. Improve metal recovery, cost, environmental impact, process capability, and control. Lead Mariana Minerals’ creative execution and visual identity. Responsibilities include owning brand architecture, evolving visual identity, designing digital and physical materials, creating campaign and website assets, developing design systems, directing photography and video, maintaining brand guidelines, organizing asset libraries, establishing workflows, and managing external creative contractors.

Own end-to-end procurement of capital process equipment, including sourcing strategy, contract negotiation, supplier competition, purchase order conversion, change orders, and commercial risk management. Analyze spend to identify savings, improve procurement workflows, and build scalable, audit-ready systems supporting capital project schedules and efficiency.

The RC Driller Assistant helps in reverse circulation drilling by setting up equipment, collecting samples, performing maintenance, and ensuring safety during operations.

Design, test, and optimize mineral processing flowsheets; lead lab, pilot, and plant trials; analyze metallurgical data to improve recovery and efficiency; collaborate on process scale-up and integrate ML-driven analytics; support commissioning and ramp-up with significant site travel.
