Own the freemium-to-paid subscription funnel for an AI education product. Drive activation, onboarding, usage-based monetization, paywalls, referrals, lifecycle messaging, experimentation, retention, and conversion. Instrument funnel analytics, identify qualified district sales signals, and collaborate with engineering and AI partners to build and optimize growth mechanics. This hands-on contract role requires strong consumer subscription experience, data fluency, and daily use of AI tools.

Own and develop the AI capabilities behind Audrey, including RAG, LLM orchestration, content pipelines, retrieval, generation, evaluation, and monitoring. Work across backend and frontend systems, deploy and operate AI services on AWS, and shape product behavior, personalization, multilingual support, privacy, and safety. Collaborate closely with engineering and product while owning delivery from launch through scale.

Own the freemium-to-paid subscription funnel for individual educators: design monetization mechanics, activation/onboarding, referral loops, lifecycle messaging, and data instrumentation. Run experiments, tune conversion, surface qualified usage signals for sales, and improve retention and virality. Work hands-on with engineering and AI partners, report to the CEO, and operate across US-overlapping hours from Bangalore.

Design and own the self-serve subscription funnel: landing pages, signup, trial, checkout, onboarding, messaging, and conversion experiments. Define pricing/packaging, direct builds with engineers/AI tools, track funnel metrics, and iterate to improve trial-to-paid conversion and early retention.
