Manages payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable operations for a multi-state workforce. Provides legal counsel for commercial and IP licensing transactions across a life sciences portfolio. Advises commercial and business development teams, negotiates agreements, maintains contract templates and playbooks, supports contract lifecycle management, resolves disputes, and contributes to regulatory compliance and risk management. The role requires collaboration with product, finance, R&D, manufacturing, and other cross-functional teams.

Supports commercial and business development teams by preparing accurate customer quotations and pricing, coordinating information across departments, tracking requests in Salesforce, maintaining records, and meeting strict deadlines. The role communicates with customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders; provides quote-related support, reports, and technical responses; and recommends process improvements. Strong organization, numerical ability, analytical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills are required.

Leads the general ledger and monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, cash, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. Supports SEC filings, U.S. GAAP compliance, SOX controls, audits, and equity accounting and administration. Manages accounting staff, partners cross-functionally with finance and operations teams, and drives process improvements and system initiatives.
