Supports commercial and business development teams by preparing accurate customer quotations and pricing, coordinating information across departments, tracking requests in Salesforce, maintaining records, and meeting strict deadlines. The role communicates with customers, sales teams, distributors, and internal stakeholders; provides quote-related support, reports, and technical responses; and recommends process improvements. Strong organization, numerical ability, analytical thinking, communication, and multitasking skills are required.

Leads the general ledger and monthly and quarterly close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, accruals, prepaids, cash, intercompany accounting, and financial reporting. Supports SEC filings, U.S. GAAP compliance, SOX controls, audits, and equity accounting and administration. Manages accounting staff, partners cross-functionally with finance and operations teams, and drives process improvements and system initiatives.

Handles shipping, receiving, inventory storage, labeling, packaging, carrier coordination, and replenishment of shipping materials. Supports product and solution formulation for internal inventory and customer orders, maintains warehouse and stockroom organization, follows work instructions and documentation practices, and adheres to quality standards and company certifications.
