Leads Marathon Health University’s enterprise learning ecosystem, onboarding, learning programs, technology, communications, engagement, and continuous improvement. Manages learning technology, vendors, and a technology administrator while partnering with stakeholders to address capability gaps and deliver scalable learning solutions. Uses AI, automation, data, dashboards, and learner feedback to improve adoption and effectiveness. Provides people leadership, establishes governance and standards, and coordinates program execution across facilitators, subject matter experts, and external partners.

Provides autonomous, relationship-based primary care, including preventive services, wellness education, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and health education. The Physician Assistant works within an advanced primary care model with smaller patient panels, longer appointments, and reduced administrative burden. Active licensure, NCCPA certification, CPR/BLS certification, and family practice experience are required or preferred as specified.

Provides relationship-based primary care for adult and pediatric patients, emphasizing men's preventive care, wellness, chronic disease management, lifestyle health, urgent visits, and patient education. The Physician Assistant practices autonomously, manages a smaller patient panel, and delivers value-based care focused on health outcomes rather than patient volume.
