Provides clinical and administrative support to a physician in a primary care setting. Duties include patient assessments, documenting in electronic medical records, venipuncture, laboratory testing, injections, EKGs, assisting with procedures, managing patient flow, coordinating referrals, handling calls, and maintaining exam rooms and supplies.

Provides autonomous, relationship-based primary care, including preventive services, wellness education, chronic disease management, urgent visits, and patient health education. The Nurse Practitioner works in a value-based care model with smaller patient panels, longer appointments, and limited administrative requirements. Responsibilities require maintaining clinical licensure and board certification, practicing at the top of license, and delivering comprehensive family practice care.

Manages a portfolio of small- to medium-sized healthcare clients and broker relationships. Responsibilities include client engagement, renewals, revenue growth, implementation support, contract administration, performance reporting, utilization initiatives, and issue resolution. The role interprets population health and clinic performance data, coordinates with sales, marketing, clinical, and operations teams, documents activity in Salesforce, and supports client eligibility, invoicing, incentives, and RFPs. Travel up to 50% may be required.
