Develop and maintain web and mobile features using React/React Native; build scalable backend services in C#, TypeScript, and Ruby on Rails; work with AWS (ECS/EKS/Lambda), Terraform, event-driven systems (Debezium, Kafka, SNS/NServiceBus), and Postgres/Salesforce integration. Collaborate with product and design, follow CI/CD and testing best practices, and contribute to system design and continuous improvement.

Provide relationship-based primary care at top of license, including prevention, chronic disease management, urgent care, and health education. Float between clinics within state/region, cover absent staff, adapt to varied settings, collaborate with teams, and ensure continuity of care.

Provide clinical and front-desk support in a primary care setting: room patients, obtain vitals, perform phlebotomy and injections, assist providers, manage scheduling, documentation, test results, referrals, and maintain supplies while supporting patient outreach and care coordination.
