Marathon Health seeks a PRN MD to provide high-quality primary care with a focus on prevention, wellness, and disease management, while maximizing provider-patient relationships. Responsibilities include working with a smaller patient panel and collaborating within a professional team.

Serve as the functional Workday Talent SME to configure, administer, optimize, and support Performance, Goals, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning, and related Talent capabilities. Manage release testing, reporting/analytics, AI enablement, documentation, and continuous improvement while partnering with HRIS, OD, and business stakeholders to improve adoption, data quality, and workforce insights.
