Maqsam is the leading Arabic AI-powered Contact Center Solution in the MENA region, revolutionizing customer experience through advanced AI technology, accurate Arabic call transcription, advanced analytics and insights, and its in-house developed Large Language Model (LLM).
As one of MENA’s fastest-growing tech companies, Maqsam is rapidly expanding across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and the wider region. We’re strengthening our compliance function to support this growth, offering an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
Your OpportunityOur Revenue Operations team is the engine behind how Maqsam sells, prices, and grows. As Sales Operations Specialist, you’ll own the systems, data, and processes that keep our sales team focused on selling. You’ll work closely with sales leadership, finance, and your RevOps peers across Marketing, Success, and Support Ops to build one connected revenue system, not four separate ones.
This role suits someone who enjoys turning big pipelines into clean data, ad-hoc processes into repeatable ones, and data into decisions.
Responsibilities- Own CRM hygiene and pipeline integrity: stages, required fields, deal records, and data quality across the funnel
- Build and maintain sales dashboards and reporting on pipeline coverage, conversion, win rates, sales cycle, and forecast accuracy
- Run the weekly forecast process with sales leadership and flag risks early
- Support the deal desk with quote accuracy, pricing and discount approvals, and contract handoff to Success and Finance
- Help design and administer territory, quota, and commission plans
- Document and improve sales processes, from lead handoff to closed-won
- Partner with Marketing Ops on lead routing and funnel definitions, and with Success Ops on renewals and expansion handoffs
- Turn data into insights: spot trends, answer “why” questions, and recommend changes the team can act on
- Experience building workflow automations in your CRM or with tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n, such as lead routing, deal-stage triggers, alerts, and data syncs between systems
- 2–4 years in Sales Ops, RevOps, or a similar analytical role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company
- Hands-on CRM admin experience (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)
- Working knowledge of SaaS metrics: pipeline coverage, ARR/MRR, NRR, churn, CAC
- A builder’s mindset: you notice broken processes and fix them without being asked
- Clear communication with sales reps and executives alike.
