Provides administrative and accounting support to the Client Accounting team. Responsibilities include billing service charges and rents, maintaining property and lease data, preparing completion statements and financial reports, reconciling client and tenant deposit accounts, reviewing supplier payments, managing client funding requests and tenant refunds, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legislation.

Manage day-to-day estate operations at Kent Science Park, overseeing site activities, projects, contractor and security performance, client engagement, budgets, compliance (ISO 14001/45001), and line management while improving service delivery during site change.

Provide dedicated technical resource for One Millennium Bridge, lead building optimisation and smart/IoT implementations, liaise on MEP/VT fit-outs and projects, manage compliance audits and contractor PPM, support FM projects and sustainability initiatives, and advise operational teams and clients on technical matters.
