Lead and supervise event-day personnel to ensure smooth execution of events at Scotiabank Arena. Serve as client liaison, coordinate front- and back-of-house teams, run staff briefings, enforce safety policies, document incidents, handle operational and administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to fans, clients, and staff.

Manage, configure, and troubleshoot Cisco routing/switching and wireless infrastructure. Administer Cisco ISE for network access control, monitor network performance for high availability and security, collaborate on infrastructure/security initiatives, and document configurations and procedures.

Lead on-site Fan Access game-day operations at Scotiabank Arena, managing ambassadors, guest check-ins, escorts, setup/teardown, cross-department coordination, real-time issue resolution, and post-game reporting to ensure seamless fan experiences.

Entertain and engage fans at Toronto Maple Leafs and Marlies home games through chants, giveaways, skits, and in-arena promotions. Set up/tear down equipment, represent the teams professionally, assist fans with service inquiries, and follow MLSE policies and safety guidelines.

Plan, coordinate, and execute all in-arena game presentation activities for Toronto Maple Leafs home games and select MLSE events. Act as lead Floor Manager, liaise with production, operations, partners, and talent, develop run-of-show documentation, manage sponsor activations, and support logistical, administrative, and continuous-improvement initiatives to deliver a best-in-class fan experience.

Support day-to-day media relations and game-day operations for the Toronto Maple Leafs. Produce team publications, coordinate media access and interviews, monitor coverage and social conversation, prepare reports, assist with press materials, collaborate with digital and broadcast teams, support NHL events and special initiatives, and use communications tools (including AI-assisted tools) to improve workflows.

Lead all media relations for the Toronto Maple Leafs, advising senior hockey leadership and coaching staff. Manage a team of three to execute communications across games, practices, transactions, events, and crises. Develop strategic communications, media-training programs, stakeholder and league relations, and reputation-management plans to protect and elevate the franchise.

Manage a portfolio of integrated sports marketing partnerships: build client relationships, design and execute creative multi-platform activations, manage budgets, use data for optimization and reporting, lead stakeholder collaboration, and resolve issues while adapting to evolving plans. May work evenings and weekends.

Lead day-to-day administration, configuration, development, integration, and optimization of Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and related Salesforce platforms. Design loyalty programs, build automations and integrations, support data flows and migrations, troubleshoot issues, enable marketing journeys, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable loyalty solutions and platform improvements.

Build, operate, and scale MLSE's cloud platform across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes and on-prem. Apply SRE practices, automate infrastructure with Terraform/Ansible, manage CI/CD and observability, and guide cross-functional teams on design patterns and operational best practices.
