Paid 18-month rotational fellowship with Toronto FC and MLSE, offering hands-on exposure to business operations, player personnel, team operations, media relations, game presentation, foundation programs, and academy operations. The fellow will work onsite, attend game days, travel to required events and training camps, and participate in mentorship and professional development. Candidates should identify as women, have post-secondary education in sport business or a related field, and possess six months to one year of business experience.

Supports procurement operations by creating requisitions and purchase orders, tracking approvals and deliveries, verifying order and invoice accuracy, maintaining ERP item records, preparing reports, and completing administrative tasks. Requires strong organization, attention to detail, and knowledge of procure-to-pay processes. Part-time work may include evenings, weekends, and holidays due to the event-based schedule.

Administer, configure, develop, integrate, and optimize Salesforce Loyalty Cloud and related CRM capabilities. Build loyalty programs, member management, currencies, tiers, rewards, promotions, referrals, workflows, and integrations using declarative tools and custom development. Support Salesforce clouds, data migration, event ingestion, marketing journeys, troubleshooting, data governance, testing, deployment, documentation, and user enablement. Partner with business and technical stakeholders to deliver scalable fan engagement solutions and mentor Salesforce administrators.

Supports culinary and warehouse teams by receiving, auditing, storing, and delivering food and beverage products throughout Scotiabank Arena. Maintains purchase-order accuracy, stock rotation, temperature controls, cleanliness, food safety, and HACCP procedures. Requires physical stamina, food handling knowledge, reliability, and availability for early mornings, weekends, holidays, and event-driven shifts.

Manage and coordinate high-volume email and SMS campaigns across multiple brands. Responsibilities include project scheduling, stakeholder and agency coordination, quality assurance, copywriting, template customization, segmentation, A/B testing, campaign deployment, performance reporting, compliance, and deliverability monitoring. Use CRM data and campaign insights to improve personalization, operational efficiency, engagement, and marketing ROI.

Develops and closes new brand partnerships across MLSE’s sports and entertainment portfolio. Responsibilities include prospecting, relationship building with senior client and agency contacts, creating customized marketing proposals, leading presentations and negotiations, coordinating cross-functional teams, researching prospects, resolving partnership issues, and achieving revenue targets.

Performs arena conversions for hockey, basketball, concerts, and other events, including setup and teardown, equipment handling, seating maintenance, inspections, cleaning, organization, and facility support. Works overnight shifts, follows health and safety procedures, completes checklists, reports repairs or supply needs, and delivers professional service while meeting tight deadlines.

Lead and supervise event-day personnel to ensure smooth execution of events at Scotiabank Arena. Serve as client liaison, coordinate front- and back-of-house teams, run staff briefings, enforce safety policies, document incidents, handle operational and administrative tasks, and provide excellent customer service to fans, clients, and staff.

Supervise premium restaurant operations, leading and coaching staff while delivering elevated food and beverage service. Coordinate seating plans, opening and closing duties, deliveries, order expediting, issue resolution, scheduling, attendance records, and performance reviews. Maintain service, safety, and operational standards while responding to guest concerns and supporting a high-volume hospitality environment.

Provide friendly, responsible beverage service at MLSE venues, ensuring compliance with Smart Serve, AGCO and MLSE policies. Monitor inventory, prepare the bar, respond to guest inquiries, perform service and administrative tasks as needed, and follow all health and safety procedures. Must work varied shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.
