Drive group ticket and gondola sales for Raptors and Raptors 905 by prospecting new business, building client relationships, meeting KPIs, hosting game-day experiences, coordinating themed group events, conducting client meetings and venue tours, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance ticketing strategy and renewals.

Sell Toronto FC ticket products, including memberships, packages, suites, hospitality, and premium tickets. Prospect new business through social selling, networking, referrals, calls, presentations, and game-day opportunities. Manage ticket administration, CRM activity, financial balancing, customer relationships, and revenue objectives. Support sales initiatives across MLSE properties and major events while contributing to a collaborative, goal-oriented team. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required.

Supports physical and cyber risk prevention for players, staff, assets, information, and team operations. Responsibilities include security operations, risk assessments, threat monitoring, investigations, incident response, OSINT research, access-control and CCTV review, documentation, security awareness, and coordination with law enforcement, venues, hotels, IT, Legal, HR, and NBA Security. The role requires flexible scheduling and occasional domestic or international travel.
