Partners with HR, operations, culinary, learning and development, and restaurant leadership to maintain an organized office and consistent employment experience across the hospitality organization.

Leads the Careers team and manages corporate office administration, onboarding, training coordination, executive support, calendars, travel, vendors, records, systems access, compliance documentation, and operational workflows. The role maintains a professional office environment, coordinates leadership and company events, supports restaurant openings and special projects, and ensures administrative follow-through across corporate and field teams.

The Operations Manager oversees administrative tasks like financial operations and payroll, while actively supporting floor service and guest relations in a restaurant setting.
