Manage brand marketing strategy, campaigns, content, social media, paid media, CRM initiatives, events, and agency relationships for designated hospitality brands. Develop marketing plans, oversee creative assets and editorial calendars, analyze campaign performance, conduct segmentation and A/B testing, and report results to leadership. Represent the brand at events and maintain relationships with operators, agencies, influencers, and community partners. This is an on-site, in-market role requiring restaurant or hospitality marketing experience.

Leads the Careers team and oversees recruiting administration, onboarding, training coordination, and employee experience. Manages corporate office operations, vendors, records, schedules, executive support, travel, meetings, projects, compliance documentation, system access, and administrative workflows. Partners with HR, operations, culinary, learning and development, and restaurant leadership to maintain an organized office and consistent employment experience across the hospitality organization.
