Own the technical design and delivery of multi-component AI systems, including LLM-backed features, agent tool orchestration, evaluation frameworks, data pipelines, and model harnesses. Build reliable APIs, SDKs, and feedback loops; optimize latency and cost; assess external models and datasets; and support production systems through on-call rotation. Mentor engineers and collaborate across search, location intelligence, and platform teams.

Own the technical design and delivery of multi-component AI systems, including evaluation frameworks, data pipelines, feedback loops, model-tool boundaries, and agent harnesses. Ship reliable LLM-backed features, optimize latency and cost, support APIs and SDKs, review designs and code, and participate in 24/7 on-call rotations. Collaborate across teams on geospatial, navigation, platform, and developer-focused AI problems.

Manage identity and access systems, endpoint devices, office networking, AV and conferencing infrastructure. Automate recurring IT issues, serve as a technical escalation point, support employee onboarding and offboarding, maintain secure configurations, and partner with Security on SOC 2 audit readiness. The role also contributes to Agile sprints and IT projects within a fully remote, geographically distributed team.
