Process payroll accurately and on schedule, maintain payroll and benefits records, ensure tax compliance, resolve employee payroll questions, administer health/dental/vision/retirement plans, manage enrollments and terminations, and support annual open enrollment.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Director of Development Sales and department: manage calendars, CRM data, sales tracking, MLS listings, dashboards, reports, and file organization. Learn and facilitate the full department workflow, anticipate needs, cross-train, and ensure accurate documentation and timely follow-up throughout the sales process.

Support Design Coordinators throughout the home selection process: schedule appointments, prepare client materials, enter selections, process change orders, maintain CRM and digital files, assist with lender documentation, manage Design Center inventory, update templates and spreadsheets, and perform administrative tasks to ensure accurate records and a seamless client experience.
