Develops and implements manufacturing and process improvements for a high-mix vocational truck facility. Applies Lean Manufacturing principles to improve safety, quality, throughput, delivery, and cost. Responsibilities include equipment and workspace layout, takt-time analysis, process troubleshooting, equipment design and installation, bottleneck resolution, design for manufacturability, production data analysis, fixture and tooling design, and collaboration with operations and product management.

Provides administrative and sales-order support from order entry through invoicing. Processes customer orders in Epicor, verifies pricing and components, maintains sales records, enters commissions, resolves customer and product issues, supports invoicing and SOX audits, calculates federal excise tax, and coordinates sales events. The role requires customer communication, cross-functional collaboration, strong organization, attention to detail, and occasional extended hours during month-end.

Designs, develops, integrates, validates, and tests mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems for crane equipment. Responsibilities include component and weldment design, machine integration, supplier coordination, project planning, manufacturing support, continuous improvement, documentation, and problem resolution. The role requires extensive crane-industry engineering experience, CAD and FEA proficiency, hydraulic and electrical schematic knowledge, truck chassis integration expertise, and collaboration across engineering and manufacturing teams.
