Designs and improves manufacturing processes using Lean methods to increase safety, quality, throughput, and reduce cost. Troubleshoots equipment, designs work layouts and fixtures, performs 2D/3D modeling and engineering calculations, partners with operations and product teams, and implements continuous improvement across a high-mix heavy-vehicle production facility.

Designs and validates mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems for crane construction equipment. Responsibilities include machine integration, component and weldment design, testing, supplier coordination, manufacturing support, continuous improvement, project planning, and problem resolution. The role requires extensive crane-industry experience, proficiency with CAD, FEA, hydraulics, electrical and hydraulic schematics, truck chassis integration, and manufacturing processes.

Provides administrative support for sales operations, managing order entry, pricing, invoicing, commissions, customer records, and ERP updates. Coordinates with customers, distributors, sales, and engineering to resolve issues and ensure accurate order fulfillment. Performs audits and SOX-related invoicing requirements, calculates federal excise tax, maintains product knowledge, and supports sales events. Requires strong organization, communication, customer service, and attention to detail.
