Hunt and close new Mid-Market business for Manifest's immigration platform: prospect outbound, qualify quickly, demo platform, manage a high-activity pipeline, forecast accurately, collaborate with Customer Success, and represent the company at events.

Lead and mentor a cross-functional paralegal team supporting multiple client accounts. Own operational workflows, ensure SLA compliance, track performance metrics, liaise with attorneys and clients, drive training, and standardize process documentation to scale legal operations.

Lead end-to-end partner strategy and execution: recruit, prioritize, onboard, and enable partners across HR, immigration, legal, SI, PEO, and benefits. Build tiering frameworks, joint GTM plans, and operational infrastructure. Drive partner-sourced pipeline and quarterly revenue targets while creating scalable processes for future hires.
