Lead HSE and construction supervision for three high-voltage substation projects in Georgia from mobilization through mechanical completion and handover. Ensure schedule, budget, technical and contractual compliance; coordinate Engineering, HSE, Quality and Project teams; supervise site managers; enforce HSE standards; monitor progress and manage project risks.

Oversee installation and commissioning of instrumentation at a high-voltage substation. Coordinate with engineering teams, ensure materials availability, perform quality and safety checks, monitor progress, record daily productivity, and report deviations or issues.

Provide professional massage and spa treatments while maintaining hygiene and safe, comfortable environment. Stock and clean equipment, respond to guest needs, meet health regulations, and support sales through customer-focused service. Seasonal role with training and accommodation provided.
