Maintain and improve multilingual WordPress websites by troubleshooting errors, modifying HTML/CSS, themes, templates, and layouts, and implementing technical SEO improvements. Responsibilities include resolving indexing, crawling, redirect, performance, usability, and Core Web Vitals issues. The developer will estimate and track tasks in Jira, communicate progress, manage approved work independently, and provide technical recommendations to the marketing team in a flexible remote freelance arrangement.

Leads business analysis across pre-sales and software delivery, gathering requirements, creating user stories and process flows, collaborating with developers and architects, supporting Agile/Scrum ceremonies, validating solutions through UAT, identifying risks, advising clients, and mentoring other Business Analysts.

Develop and maintain backend APIs and web application features using ASP.NET Core or Node.js. Build responsive front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or Next.js. Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, Git, code reviews, refactoring, and AI-assisted development tools. Collaborate in Scrum or Kanban teams using JIRA while applying object-oriented design and programming practices.
