Generate opportunities through cold calls, email, referrals, networking, and industry events. Maintain accurate CRM records, collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Onboarding teams, and represent the company at customer meetings and conferences.

Manage growth marketing and lead-generation campaigns for property management software. Develop go-to-market strategies, email sequences, conversion-focused copy, industry content, website and social initiatives, and customer review programs. Monitor campaign performance, research competitors and customer needs, and collaborate with sales, SEO, social media, and design teams to improve messaging and revenue results.

Manages existing customer relationships, onboarding, training, product demonstrations, account reviews, renewals, retention, and expansion. Identifies customer needs, resolves concerns, monitors account health and adoption, and recommends relevant products or upgrades. The role also supports upselling, cross-selling, pricing discussions, CRM maintenance, and customer communications including newsletters and product updates.
