Support financial control and reporting for UK and select overseas subsidiaries: month-end accounting, reconciliations, statutory and regulatory reporting, tax returns, board reporting, auditor liaison, process ownership (e.g., fixed assets, transfer pricing), cross-team coordination, process improvement, and mentoring junior staff.

Build and productionize numerical and data-driven tools for front-office research and trading: onboard datasets, implement trading signals, develop portfolio optimization and visualization, enhance research platform, and performance-tune numerical code for high-throughput systems.

Work on portfolio analytics across AHL and Numeric: ingest and analyze large datasets, build KPIs and reporting, research strategy and signal behavior, write code and tools for PMs/researchers, and integrate AI tooling to scale analytics.

Support the CAO office on business and change management initiatives, including vendor and contract management, budgeting and forecasting, data analysis and process redesign, departmental effectiveness events, committee materials, regulatory and AI transformation projects, and oversight of insurance and corporate sustainability duties.

Provide associate-level support to the US Sales team: act as primary client contact for inquiries, maintain CRM and reporting, coordinate onboarding, RFP/DDQ, portfolio reviews, roadshows, subscription/redemption processes, commercial agreements, and compliance-related client restrictions and attestations.

Build and maintain Python data pipelines and portfolio analytics; develop AI/LLM-powered research tools; implement FastAPI/Flask backends and React frontends; deploy to Kubernetes and manage Airflow DAGs; act as NY technical liaison to portfolio managers and quants; own production stability and incident response.
