Monitor performance of 15-20 portfolio companies, support deal teams, maintain financial data and valuations, identify portfolio risk trends, prepare quarterly account and valuation updates, liaise with credit rating agencies, and facilitate investor reporting and ad hoc materials for fundraising and Board meetings.

Lead China business development and client coverage for Man Group, growing AUM through relationship management, structured account management, cross‑regional collaboration, regulatory compliance, external communications, and mentoring junior staff. Execute sales strategy, deliver presentations with portfolio managers, and report activity to senior management.

The Senior Portfolio Analyst manages portfolio workflows, validates investment strategies, analyzes portfolio construction, and champions risk management ideas, collaborating across teams to solve investment challenges.

The Quantitative Researcher will focus on creating predictive alpha signals, applying ML techniques, and optimizing execution in cash equities. Close collaboration with teams to maximize P&L opportunities is key.

Monitor and manage risk across systematic trading strategies, develop and maintain internal risk models and tooling, conduct risk research, collaborate with portfolio, trading and tech teams to resolve risk issues, and report risk data to stakeholders while enhancing the firms risk framework and culture.

Build and maintain full-stack production systems for Man Direct Lending: data pipelines, analytics, web tools and AI/LLM-powered automation. Work closely with investment teams to integrate, automate and visualise deal workflows using Python, scientific libraries, web frameworks and Kubernetes.

Conduct original alpha research on global macro assets, building and testing predictive signals (trend timing and directional). Model dynamics across rates, FX, equities and commodities, evaluate signals statistically, contribute to portfolio construction and risk analysis, monitor live strategy performance, and collaborate with researchers and portfolio managers to implement and refine trading strategies.

Run middle-office operational processes including NAV estimation, valuations, reconciliations, and P&L review. Validate fund administrator NAVs, maintain capital and portfolio records, support reporting and analytics, and help automate and improve processes while developing technical and market knowledge.

Design and maintain scalable backend systems, develop data pipelines, and optimize performance for trading infrastructure while collaborating with various teams.

The Senior Systems Engineer will build and maintain automation frameworks to support infrastructure operations, using tools like Terraform and Kubernetes, while collaborating with teams to enhance service delivery.
