Leads Man Group’s nine-person US finance team across New York and Fort Worth. Owns month-end close, billing, accounts payable, fund recharges, technical US GAAP accounting, IFRS group reporting support, regulatory filings, internal controls, and external audits. Drives post-acquisition integration, process standardization, and operational improvements while partnering with US business leaders and London-based global finance leadership. Requires strong experience in complex, multi-entity financial services environments, regulated broker-dealers, US GAAP, team leadership, and audit management.

Build and enhance a robust, flexible, high-performance Order Management System for systematic investment strategies. Collaborate with traders, quantitative researchers, operations, and engineering teams to support millions of orders across listed and OTC markets. Develop distributed, event-driven services, improve system performance and agility, and contribute to software engineering practices including continuous integration, code review, testing, and refactoring.
