Drive revenue through reseller partners by owning annual sales targets, recruiting and enabling new partners, managing complex sales cycles, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and coordinating internal teams to support partner success. Own customer success across an ANZ and Singapore portfolio, managing relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive and practitioner relationships, develop success plans, lead business reviews, drive platform adoption, and ensure customer value realization. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support teams, relay customer feedback into product requirements, and communicate roadmap updates. The role is based in Singapore and requires regular travel across Australia and New Zealand.

Develop and maintain secure, stable, high-performance backend systems for banking connectivity and payment automation. Own architecture and technical direction for complex distributed systems, design secure APIs, improve technical roadmaps, resolve critical production issues, and mentor engineers. Collaborate with product and DevOps teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment, applying expertise in Golang, SQL, databases, cloud infrastructure, CI, Kubernetes, and messaging systems.

Manage a portfolio of SaaS fintech customers, building relationships with practitioners and executives while driving product adoption, ROI, renewals, and expansion. Develop success plans, oversee account health, coordinate internal teams, maintain executive governance, and translate customer feedback into product requirements. The role requires managing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts across geographic and cultural boundaries.

Develop and architect secure, scalable backend systems for banking connectivity and payment automation. Own technical direction for complex distributed systems, APIs, and production services; collaborate with product and DevOps teams; mentor engineers; reduce technical debt; and respond to critical incidents. Requires strong Golang, SQL, distributed systems, API design, fintech or payments experience, and expertise operating high-volume SaaS platforms. GitLab CI, Kubernetes, AWS, and Kafka experience are preferred.
