Leads Mambu’s global accounting and financial reporting organization, overseeing GAAP/IFRS compliance, financial controls, revenue controls, cash-flow planning, audits, reporting, and accounting systems including NetSuite. Partners with senior leaders on strategy, governance, process design, and scalability while managing a geographically distributed team. Drives automation, continuous improvement, audit readiness, and strong financial governance across the organization.

Drive revenue through reseller partners by owning annual sales targets, recruiting and enabling new partners, managing complex sales cycles, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and coordinating internal teams to support partner success. The role requires channel sales expertise, SaaS or banking product experience, consultative selling skills, and strong partner relationship management.

Own customer success across an ANZ and Singapore portfolio, managing relationships from onboarding through renewal and expansion. Build executive and practitioner relationships, develop success plans, lead business reviews, drive platform adoption, and ensure customer value realization. Collaborate with Sales, Product, Implementation, and Support teams, relay customer feedback into product requirements, and communicate roadmap updates. The role is based in Singapore and requires regular travel across Australia and New Zealand.
