Travel between Bay Area customer sites to pick, pack, replenish, and audit PPE and safety products; maintain accurate inventory using handheld devices and reporting software; inspect safety equipment; provide customer service; perform physical tasks including frequent walking, lifting, bending, and vehicle driving.

Coordinate end-to-end safety training programs: schedule instructors and resources, manage customer communication and expectations, prepare quotes/invoices, maintain LMS/course records, support instructor development, and drive continuous improvement in training operations.

Serve as Mallory’s onsite representative to replenish PPE and safety products, maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, troubleshoot vending machines, perform safety inspections, document activity in company systems, and provide professional customer service while operating carts and performing physical tasks in an industrial environment.
