We're looking for a motivated Territory Manager to join our growing sales team. This isn't a role where you're starting from scratch. You'll step into an established, high-performing territory with an existing book of business that includes large-scale, high-profile industrial customers. Your focus will be on strengthening relationships, growing existing accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and continuing to deliver the level of service that has made Mallory a trusted partner for decades.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an established territory by strengthening relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
- Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and identify opportunities for growth through strategic account planning.
- Conduct customer visits, evaluate needs, and deliver consultative sales presentations tailored to each customer's business.
- Expand business within existing accounts by identifying new products, services, and safety solutions.
- Stay informed on market trends, competitive activity, and emerging products to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Prepare quotes, submit orders, and ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.
- Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues quickly and effectively.
- Maintain accurate sales activity and territory reporting.
- Participate in supplier training, industry education, and professional development opportunities.
- Support and collaborate with Onsite Associates serving customers within your territory.
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of outside sales or account management experience.
- Industrial distribution and/or safety industry experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage priorities and achieve sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and other business software.
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required.

QualificationsRequired Skills/Abilities:
- Safety and/or industrial distribution knowledge is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal communication skills across a variety of platforms
- Self-starter spirit and proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
- Intermediate to Expert knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, CRMs, and other company software platforms
Education and Experience:
- 1-3 years of sales experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
- Valid Driver’s License required
Physical Requirements:
- Occasional bending, twisting, standing, and stooping
- Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally throughout the day
- Must be able to sit for extended periods of time
