Coordinate and manage ocean import shipments from booking through final delivery. Track cargo movement, communicate with overseas agents, carriers, brokers, trucking and warehouse partners, resolve operational issues (delays, demurrage, holds), prepare arrival notices, liaise with customs brokerage and accounting, and maintain accurate shipment documentation and system updates.

Process and audit customer and vendor invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain invoicing databases and dashboards, perform financial analysis and reporting, and support billing operations and light administrative tasks.
