Conducts credit investigations, analyzes financial statements, commercial credit reports, payment trends, aging reports, and customer creditworthiness. Maintains credit data in an ERP system, recommends credit limits, prioritizes collection efforts, contacts customers about overdue invoices, performs reference checks and annual reviews, and coordinates with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and collection agencies to resolve billing and payment issues.

Process and audit customer and vendor invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, maintain invoicing databases and dashboards, perform financial analysis and reporting, and support billing operations and light administrative tasks.

Coordinate ocean import shipments from booking through final delivery, tracking cargo, preparing arrival notices, verifying documentation, and resolving delays, holds, demurrage, and detention. Communicate with customers, overseas agents, carriers, customs brokers, truckers, warehouses, and internal teams. Maintain accurate shipment records, update logistics systems, support customs entry preparation, and assist with billing discrepancies, credit holds, and invoicing.
