Provides global trade compliance guidance covering U.S. import documentation, HTS classification, customs rulings, trade remedies, free trade agreements, country of origin, valuation, duty minimization, drawback claims, C-TPAT, audits, and regulatory monitoring. Partners with customers, customs brokers, attorneys, and internal stakeholders; conducts training, develops procedures, manages compliance inquiries, and improves trade processes.

Prepares, reviews, audits, and processes customer and vendor invoices. Maintains billing data, resolves discrepancies, validates coding and documentation, generates financial reports, monitors billing metrics, and supports accounting activities. The role requires advanced Excel skills, strong attention to detail, accurate high-volume processing, effective communication, and collaboration with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and customers to improve billing accuracy and efficiency.

Oversees regional logistics operations, warehouse activities, branch profitability, budgets, KPIs, customer and vendor relationships, and international freight forwarding services. Leads hiring, coaching, performance management, succession planning, and workload allocation. Drives business development, sales execution, continuous improvement, corrective actions, financial accountability, and operational efficiency. Requires international shipping expertise, Mexican customs clearance knowledge, warehouse operations experience, bilingual English and Spanish fluency, and strong leadership capabilities.
