The Crayola Experience Attractions Team Lead is responsible for directing the daily activities of Crayola associates and providing exceptional guest service. They support the educational mission of the Crayola brand and ensure the cleanliness and inventory management of retail stores and F&B locations. They also assist with scheduling, training, and resolving team member concerns. The Team Lead monitors entertainment and attraction activities, manages special events and promotions, and enforces ticket policies.
