Apply wax, cleaners, and tape to molds per procedures for gelcoat production. Use pneumatic and hand tools, complete production documentation, follow safety/PPE rules, perform repetitive physical tasks, and meet daily schedules and quality standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Supervise all facets of production operations, enforce policies and safety, coach and develop staff, schedule work, maintain productivity and quality, implement lean practices, handle hazardous materials, and drive continuous improvement.

Plan and execute photo and video shoots for product launches, events, and talent activations. Capture, edit, color-correct, and package assets into multi-channel versions. Manage production logistics, vendors, usage rights, metadata, and asset library organization to ensure timely, brand-compliant delivery and scalable reuse.

The Project Engineer II manages projects in marine components, oversees design and engineering processes, coordinates with teams, and drives innovation and business development initiatives.

Supervise production operations and staff to meet productivity, quality, safety, and scheduling goals. Recruit, train, schedule, monitor performance, implement lean improvements, maintain work instructions, and ensure safe hazardous materials handling.

Prepare and finish fiberglass parts by grinding, trimming, drilling, cutting, and polycoring per prints and work orders. Move parts, perform rework, follow safety/PPE rules, maintain housekeeping, and complete assigned tasks in a fast-paced production environment.

Manage integration and lifecycle support of non-core products in manufacturing, ensuring compliance and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Lead and supervise the internal inspection team to reduce defects, implement Lean continuous improvement, coordinate testing/inspection procedures, maintain product release programs, and train/mentor staff to improve factory quality performance.

The Product Engineer will manage new product designs, improve production processes, support validation standards, and resolve production issues.

The Quality Auditor ensures the overall quality of products including trailers and wiring harnesses by performing audits and functional tests, recording data, and verifying product specifications according to manufacturing orders.

Lead and implement Lean and Six Sigma continuous improvement initiatives in a manufacturing setting. Facilitate Kaizen events, perform root cause analysis, develop standardized work, train staff, analyze performance data, report KPIs and cost savings, and maintain process documentation to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.

Supervise daily shipping operations for service parts and repaired units, ensuring accurate picking, packing, documentation, and on-time carrier coordination. Lead, train, and evaluate shipping staff, enforce safety and OSHA standards, maintain system transactions, and identify process improvements to reduce turnaround time and shipping costs.

Serve as technical expert for process engineering to plan and coordinate manufacturing process improvements. Evaluate and solve production problems, develop and document SOPs and work instructions, optimize processes and material flow with CAD layouts, support quality issue resolution, and participate in continuous improvement events (Kaizen, 5S).

Lead design and development of next-generation boats from concept through production, build and develop a high-performing engineering team, drive execution against milestones, improve manufacturability and handoffs to production, partner with operations, quality, supply chain and customer service, and implement structured product development processes to raise product quality and on-time delivery.
