Lead supplier selection, audits, corrective actions (8D/DMAIC), APQP/PPAP, incoming inspection, root cause analysis, supplier development, NPI readiness, and data-driven improvements to reduce PPM, COPQ, and warranty issues.

Lead enterprise-wide Quality Management System strategy, governance, and execution across brands and manufacturing sites. Oversee audits, compliance, risk management, CAPA, quality KPIs, and quality culture. Drive multi-site QMS deployment, executive reporting, and continuous improvement tied to customer satisfaction and business objectives.
