Partners with leaders and HR functions to resolve employee issues, strengthen leadership capability, and align people strategies with business objectives in office and production environments.

Coordinates recurring marketing execution across Freshwater and Saltwater brands, including website updates, brochures, blogs, newsletters, social calendars, photo and video shoots, launches, and events. Maintains project plans, timelines, claims libraries, digital assets, and status tracking in Monday.com. Coordinates internal teams, agencies, vendors, dealers, and legal reviews while supporting go-to-market planning, advertising approvals, documentation, and launch reporting.

Leads regional HR strategy and operations across multiple facilities. Manages HR Business Partners, oversees workforce planning, employee relations, talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, training, engagement, and leader development. Uses HR metrics to improve staffing, headcount accuracy, talent outcomes, and accountability while partnering with regional and site leadership in production environments.
