Performs quality audits, product and material inspections, dimensional measurements, and CMM/scanner programming. Supports PPAP, supplier nonconformance and RMA processes, inventory and QA hold transactions, calibration, internal audits, MRB meetings, warranty investigations, and corrective actions. Maintains laboratory and quarantine areas while analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and supporting production and supplier quality improvements.

Supports the generation, validation, and development of production processes and innovations for boat manufacturing. Collaborates with Safety, Quality, Production, and Design teams to identify and implement safety, quality, manufacturing, and design improvements. The internship involves CAD-related work, hands-on use of tools and mechanical devices, and work in indoor and outdoor plant and boat environments.

Supports and enhances enterprise data systems, databases, integrations, and analytics platforms. Responsibilities include SQL development, database administration, performance tuning, production troubleshooting, backup and recovery, enterprise integrations, Power BI and SSRS reporting, and Microsoft Fabric pipeline and workspace support. The role also contributes to data modeling, migration, governance, security, documentation, compliance, and collaboration with application developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, analysts, and business stakeholders.
