Own the post-implementation journey for enterprise SaaS customers, including onboarding, adoption, health, retention, renewal, and value realization. Build success plans, advise on CLM best practices, lead executive reviews, manage risks and dependencies, support change management, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Partner with Account Management on renewals and expansions while representing customer needs. The role also requires understanding enterprise integrations, APIs, AI-enabled software, governance, and stakeholder management.

Lead enterprise contract management implementations, including discovery, configuration, workflow automation, data migration, integrations, testing, documentation, training, and customer consulting. Define integration requirements, data mappings, API specifications, and end-to-end data flows across Malbek and platforms such as Salesforce, Coupa, SAP Ariba, and Oracle Fusion. Advise customers on AI adoption, troubleshoot integration issues, and support deployment, validation, and optimization.

Owns expansion revenue and quota across an existing enterprise customer portfolio. Builds strategic account plans, identifies and closes transactional and complex enterprise opportunities, drives adoption of AI-enabled products, manages renewals and amendments, maintains forecast accuracy, and develops executive relationships. Partners cross-functionally with Customer Experience, Services, Product, Marketing, Finance, and other teams while managing proposals, pricing, contracting, CRM data, and close strategies.

Implement and optimize AI-enabled CLM solutions for enterprise customers, including requirements gathering, configuration, data migration, AI prompt development and optimization, troubleshooting, training, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure successful deployments and adoption.

Implement and optimize AI-enabled Contract Lifecycle Management solutions for enterprise customers. Lead implementations from discovery to deployment, configure workflows/templates, support data migration, develop and optimize AI prompts for contract analysis, and provide technical consulting, training, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure successful adoption and continuous improvement.

Coordinate and govern partner-led CLM implementations by managing project trackers, readiness reviews, and governance. Provide partner onboarding, training, playbooks, and technical enablement. Review partner configurations, advise on integrations, data migration, workflow automation, QA, and adoption to ensure implementations meet Malbek standards and customer requirements.
