Leads the functional direction of complex enterprise CLM implementations from discovery and solution design through go-live, adoption, and optimization. Facilitates executive workshops, defines contracting processes, requirements, integrations, migrations, testing, and readiness standards. Advises customers on CLM best practices, AI governance, trade-offs, and change adoption while resolving escalations. Also improves delivery quality through disciplined scoping, reusable methodologies, quality oversight, and consultant mentorship.

Design, build, test, deploy, and scale full-stack SaaS features across Angular and backend services using Spring. Develop APIs, optimize relational and NoSQL databases, integrate third-party systems, improve performance, support cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, implement security practices, monitor services, resolve incidents, and contribute to architecture and agile development.

Own the post-implementation journey for enterprise SaaS customers, including onboarding, adoption, health, retention, renewal, and value realization. Build success plans, advise on CLM best practices, lead executive reviews, manage risks and dependencies, support change management, and coordinate cross-functional teams. Partner with Account Management on renewals and expansions while representing customer needs. The role also requires understanding enterprise integrations, APIs, AI-enabled software, governance, and stakeholder management.
