Owns a changing portfolio of consumer fintech initiatives across investing, lending, savings, and growth. Sets priorities, defines measurable outcomes, prototypes solutions, analyzes funnels and cohorts, runs experiments, and collaborates with engineering and design squads. The role requires integrating compliance, KYC, data protection, and disclosures into product development while improving activation, conversion, retention, deposits, and shipping velocity.

Own product design quality, systems, processes, and team development for a regulated financial product. Lead hands-on design across mobile, web, and internal tools; build prototypes, conduct customer testing, simplify user flows, manage design capacity, mentor designers, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and compliance. The role focuses on trustworthy bilingual Arabic and English experiences, including RTL interfaces and regulated onboarding, KYC, disclosure, risk, and consent flows.

Lead transaction enrichment and insight modeling: build and maintain production ML for merchant categorization, entity resolution, confidence calibration, anomaly detection, and risk validation on bilingual, noisy transaction data at scale while working within fintech regulatory and governance constraints.
