The Senior Software Engineer will develop trading software, collaborate with trading teams, and ensure clean, testable code using agile methodologies.

Provide on-site IT support on a live trading floor: triage incidents, desktop and multi-monitor workstation setup (Windows and Unix/Linux), manage Hybrid AD/Entra ID onboarding/offboarding, administer Atlassian/Teams/Slack, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking, automate repetitive BAU via PowerShell/Bash/Python, maintain automations, update runbooks, participate in shift rota and office moves.

The Options Trader will manage a proprietary trading book for Indian Index and Stock Options, generate trading ideas, analyze performance, and manage risk using quantitative tools.

Work with senior traders to produce actionable equity research: build sector coverage, run fundamental analysis and scenario models, maintain financial models and datasets, monitor news and macro events, and translate structural trends into tradeable equity views.

Work with senior traders and analysts to conduct deep research across sectors and equities, build investment theses, maintain financial models and datasets, identify catalysts and risks, track structural trends, and improve scalable research processes to generate actionable equity insights.

Lead development and execution of listed volatility relative value strategies across VIX and SPX futures/options. Manage portfolio P&L, risk limits, margin and hedging. Develop pricing, volatility analytics and execution methods. Partner with Risk, Technology, Operations and Finance, prepare P&L attribution and risk reporting, and expand strategies into new markets.

Lead and own the global financial control environment, month-end close, statutory reporting, and audits. Manage and develop a small finance team, modernise and automate finance workflows using AI and automation tools, oversee core finance operations, and act as deputy to the Group Finance Director.
