The Senior Software Engineer will develop trading software, collaborate with trading teams, and ensure clean, testable code using agile methodologies.

Provide on-site IT support on a live trading floor: triage incidents, desktop and multi-monitor workstation setup (Windows and Unix/Linux), manage Hybrid AD/Entra ID onboarding/offboarding, administer Atlassian/Teams/Slack, troubleshoot hardware/software/networking, automate repetitive BAU via PowerShell/Bash/Python, maintain automations, update runbooks, participate in shift rota and office moves.

Owns trade surveillance and broader compliance processes for a global options market maker. Responsibilities include reviewing alerts, conducting quality assurance, investigating escalations, recommending STOR filings, maintaining market-abuse controls, managing personal account dealing and KYC processes, executing compliance monitoring, supporting training and regulatory reporting, and improving compliance through automation, technology, and process initiatives.
