Teams at Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP

Manages day-to-day HR operations, including employee onboarding and lifecycle processes, attendance and leave tracking, payroll inputs, benefits records, HR documentation, compliance support, audits, and HRMS data maintenance. Provides timely employee support while ensuring accurate records, confidentiality, policy adherence, and coordination across locations.

Monitor emerging social media trends, viral formats, competitor campaigns, and collaboration opportunities. Coordinate with creative and marketing teams on content planning, assist with social campaigns and content calendars, and translate internet culture and trends into brand content. The role requires strong communication, trend awareness, campaign execution knowledge, and mandatory prior experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Organizes and maintains office common areas, manages filing systems, coordinates events, maintains office equipment, purchases stationery, and travels for office-related purposes. The role requires independent work, a valid driver's license, office assistant or related experience, and male candidates.
