Teams at Make Your Own Perfume (MYOP) LLP

Conducts compliance audits across retail stores and warehouses, verifies ASM audit reports, investigates operational discrepancies, prepares audit reports, recommends corrective actions, and tracks issue resolution. The role supports compliance projects and process improvements while coordinating with Operations, HR, Retail, and Warehouse teams. Extensive field travel is required for audits and compliance verification, typically 15–25 days per month.

Drive daily and monthly sales targets by approaching customers, demonstrating perfume products, and recommending suitable options. Maintain customer satisfaction, store cleanliness, merchandising standards, stock records, audits, and daily checklists. Receive and request inventory, handle complaints, follow store SOPs and etiquette, complete required training, and support the store manager with stock management.

Drive in-store perfume sales by approaching customers, presenting products, identifying customer needs, and achieving daily and monthly targets. Maintain merchandising, store cleanliness, stock records, audits, stock requests, and receiving processes. Ensure SOP and store etiquette compliance, complete required training, manage customer complaints, and support customer satisfaction and store operations.
