Leads an embedded software engineering team developing Linux and real-time bare-metal systems for sophisticated linear generators. Responsibilities include setting technical roadmaps, managing engineers, overseeing software development, establishing architecture and quality standards, providing technical guidance, collaborating cross-functionally, and hiring and developing talent.

Develop and validate dynamic models and simulation environments for linear generators and control systems. Write ODE and DAE solvers, reduced-order models, and computational models in Python and C++. Coordinate with controls and test engineers, create test plans, oversee generator testing, debug controller integrations, optimize real-time simulations, participate in code reviews, and document modeling results for technical and executive audiences.

Lead PLM as a cross-functional business program, ensuring alignment across functions, defining the roadmap, and improving product lifecycle management capabilities.
