Leads the end-to-end depot repair and reverse logistics lifecycle for field-returned electronic control assemblies. Manages diagnostics, repair, testing, refurbishment, inventory, warranty administration, quality systems, and redeployment. Builds and develops technical teams, improves repair performance and traceability, partners with Engineering and Supply Chain on failure analysis and supplier quality, and scales depot capacity to support fleet growth and high generator availability.

Lead commercial growth and public power origination across municipalities, cooperatives, and investor-owned utilities. Source, structure, negotiate, and close complex energy transactions including equipment sales, service agreements, capacity contracts, and partnerships. Leverage executive utility relationships, manage RFPs and procurement processes, represent the company at industry events, and coordinate legal, regulatory, product, engineering, and finance teams. Provide market intelligence to influence product strategy. The role requires extensive power-sector transaction experience and up to 50% travel.

Lead systems architecture and requirements decomposition for embedded controls across control algorithms, embedded firmware, and cloud platforms. Manage Systems and Controls Engineers, define ICDs and state machines, conduct trade studies, and oversee HIL validation. Integrate closed-loop controls, sensor fusion, real-time systems, telemetry, OTA updates, and physical-system constraints with mechanical and electrical engineering teams. Establish model-based systems engineering, requirements traceability, and automated testing processes.
