Diagnose and resolve field issues in automated power-generation systems, determine mechanical, electrical, and software root causes, debug C++ control algorithms, implement and test fixes, analyze data with Python, tune control gains, calibrate systems, and improve reliability, manufacturing testing, and sustaining engineering processes.

Supports financial planning and analysis for R&D and G&A departments, including annual planning, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, variance analysis, financial modeling, scenario analysis, peer-company comparisons, and long-term planning. The role also improves FP&A systems and processes, supports accounting close activities, and performs special projects and ad-hoc business analyses.

Supports supply chain cost analysis, BOM cost roll-ups, should-cost modeling, cost-down tracking, capacity planning, and reporting. Collaborates with procurement, engineering, commodity management, finance, and suppliers to validate cost and capacity data, identify savings opportunities, maintain dashboards, and track project progress. The role is designed for someone with 0–3 years of experience to develop cost engineering expertise in a hardware environment.
