Lead end-to-end technical program management for software in hardware-integrated products. Own integrated master schedules, drive cross-functional execution, enforce scalable engineering workflows, manage risks and budgets, and provide executive reporting on program health to ensure on-time delivery and validation readiness.

The Reliability Test Engineer will lead experiments for Linear Generators, collaborating with engineering disciplines, troubleshooting, analyzing data, and improving testing processes.

Lead root-cause analysis and redesign of mechanical components for durability and serviceability. Work hands-on at contract manufacturer to test, measure, rework, and validate improvements, integrate feedback into design and manufacturing processes, and support tooling and inspection efforts to improve product reliability.
