Monitor system alerts overnight, follow troubleshooting flowcharts, restart hardware or escalate to senior engineers, maintain detailed logs, and provide flexible shift coverage including weekends and vacation coverage. Work independently on electro-mechanical hardware and software systems, executing defined procedures to resolve issues promptly.

Lead federal advocacy and strategy to advance Mainspring's linear generator technology. Engage the White House, DOE, Commerce, Congress, and committees; secure federal funding, loans, and public-private partnerships; manage DC lobbying firms; build coalitions with industry and NGOs; shape legislation and regulatory outcomes; and scale government-channel business development and sales.

Lead design and development of frame and air spring systems for Linear Generators, ensuring structural integrity and performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet engineering requirements.
